Before you start:

  1. Make sure RealPlayer, Flash player, and Acrobat Reader are insalled on your computer. If they are not installed, please install them using the folloing information:
    1. Go to http://www.real.com, download and install RealPlayer. Please note that there is a free version of RealPlayer available on the above site. For step-by-step instructions, click here.
    2. Go to http://www.adobe.com, click on "Flash Player" button and follow the instructions to download and install Flash Player.
    3. Go to http://www.adobe.com, click on "Adobe Acrobat" button and follow the instructions to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader.
